Yoder Meats slaughter schedule:
Monday - BEEF
*Please call to schedule the kill date of your beef
*Bring in the beef between 7 a.m. and 10 a.m. the Monday you have arranged.
*Be prepared to provide us with the names of the recipients of your beef and how we may contact them for cutting instructions.
*Your beef must be able to walk off the trailer in order to get slaughtered.
Tuesday - HOGS
*Please call to schedule the kill date of your hog(s).
*Bring in the hog between 7 a.m. and 10 a.m. the Tuesday you have arranged.
*Be prepared to provide us with the names of the recipients of your pork and how we may contact them for cutting instructions.
*Your hog(s) must be able to walk off the trailer in order to get slaughtered.
Please call 800-952-6328 to schedule your kill date and to give cutting instructions.
If you place a small piece of ice inside your meatballs before browning, they will be moist.
