Snack Sticks

Our Snack Stick Fundraiser is an easy way to raise funds for your group. We offer Pork Meat Snack Sticks in 6 different flavors which include: Old Fashioned Original, Sizzlin’ Bacon, Tasty Teriyaki, Prairie Fire Jalapeno, Zesty BBQ and Crazy Fire Bacon. We also offer “fit sticks”. These sticks meet the federal nutritional guidelines for schools and come in 6 different flavors. The flavors of “fit sticks” include: Peppered Original, Sweet and Spicy, Hot Pepper, Hickory Smoked, Honey BBQ, and Jalapeno Hickory. At our suggested selling price of 4 sticks for $5.00 or a $1.25 each you will make a $.50 profit on each stick, That’s 66% profit. HOW TO GET STARTED

Really to get started with the snack stick fundraiser, we just need to know the following:

Name of organization
Main contact (name number and email address)
Shipping address
How many caddies and in what flavors

With that information we can get the order processing. Please see the pdf snack stick flyer on our website for all 12 flavors. You can email this information in snacksticks@yodermeatsks.com or call 620-465-3807 and ask for Kayla.

FULL CASE (6 CADDIES) ORDERS ONLY
To keep our operations more efficient, we do have the stipulation to only fulfill orders in FULL SHIPPING CASES. A shipping case is 6 flavor caddies (you can mix and match these flavors).

IS THERE A SHIPPING COST
There is a flat $10 shipping charge if you order in ODD NUMBER of shipping cases. Otherwise, WE COVER the shipping!

HOW FAST WILL I GET MY ORDER
We normally can get a shipment out in one to two business days once you place your order with us. It takes about 2 days UPS shipping in Kansas. If you are out of state, it does take longer. We only ship Mondays – Fridays and during the warmer months we only ship Mondays thru Thursdays. We ship via UPS and once your order is shipped you’ll get a tracking email.

CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER
You CAN pick up a snack stick fundraising order from our retail store in YODER KANSAS. That is our only location for a pick up. If you pick up, we still request the order to be placed 24 hours in advance to give our busy team time to fill your order and have it ready. If you pick up, you can order in what ever quantities of caddies you want since we are not shipping the order.

HOW DO I PAY
You can pay online (card) or by mailing a check. All information is on the invoice you’ll receive via email after placing your order.

WHAT IF I CAN’T PAY UP FRONT?
We do allow schools to do a 30 day payment plan on all sizes of orders. With non-school organizations or with individuals wanting to fundraise, we allow you to order up to 24 caddies without a prepayment. If you order over 24 caddies we must have a payment up front. Otherwise you have 30 days to get a payment in.

CAN I ORDER MORE THAN ONCE
ABSOLUTLEY! We have organizations that make multiple orders during their fundraising season. So you can place as many orders as you need.

DO YOU BUY BACK ANY UNSOLD STICKS
We do not. But we have never had a group say they couldn’t sell the extras if they try.

CAN I DO THIS FUNDRAISER AS AN INDIVIDUAL?
YES YOU CAN! As an individual raising money for whatever (sports, church or even a medical bill fundraiser) you can take advantage of this easy fundraiser too. Only difference is the payment for the sticks must be upfront.

CAN WE PRESELL?
When we say presell it means you take orders, tally up your orders and then submit them to us for us to fulfill. This fundraiser was designed for you to have the sticks in hand and THEN sell the sticks. However, you CAN do presales. If doing this as a presell, please note that each of our caddies have 24 sticks in them (we do not sell the sticks individually, you have to order caddies and cases). So after you are done pre-selling, you tally up the numbers, you will more than likely have left over sticks since we do not split up the individual caddies. Example, you have pre-sales for 36 sticks of Crazy Fire Bacon, you will need to order at least 2 caddies (48 sticks) of Crazy Fire Bacon to fulfill the pre-orders but then you’ll be left with 12 sticks to still sell. We also cannot guarantee inventory. We produce these sticks only every 6 – 8 weeks. So if we are out of a flavor, then you’ll possibly be waiting a while to get that flavor fulfilled. While we do try to navigate our demand sometimes you all sell way more than we expect (a good problem)!

HOW MANY CADDIES SHOULD WE START WITH?
We usually suggest three caddies per seller (student/athlete/scout/etc). So that’s 72 sticks to sell and if you sell them at 4 for $5 then the seller is really only selling to 18 customers. You’ll of course have some sellers that don’t partake but then others that will sell they like crazy! So, the three caddy starting point is what we suggest as the happy medium to start.

We offer other items for fundraising as well (see pictured items below). This is a traditional fundraiser meaning your organization would presell the items, place your full final order with us, and then in three to four weeks, we deliver your items.
